Q: How can I request a refund of my ticket purchase?

Requesting a Refund in Person at the Theater or by calling the theater.

You may request a refund of your ticket, minus the online booking fee, in person at the box office. The following restrictions apply:

You MUST request your refund prior to THREE HOURS BEFORE SHOWTIME AS IT ALLOWS US TO OPEN THE RESERVED SEATS TO NEW GUESTS

Refunds will be made to the same credit card used to purchase the ticket. It takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Apologies, but we cannot refund the online booking fee which is a separate company.

When will I see confirmation of my refund?

The funds should appear on your card in 3-5 business days.

MOVIE SWAPS

You can SWAP your showtime for a different showtime for the same day or a day in the future if the showtime is available. We DO NOT swap showtimes for missed shows to a different day. You must purchase a new ticket.
